Недалеко от моря , в 5 мин ходьбы ,напротив ресторана Арзу ресторана ,в Мардаканах сдаётся 2х. этажная дача на 12 сотах, 230 кв, огромный зал /студия рассчитан на 30 гостей , 2 я спальнями, имеется 2 санузла, летняя беседка ,во всех комнатах кондиционер, телевизор , имеются все принадлежности для проживания! Дача сдаётся первый раз, практически новый- со свежим ремонтом. Вода постоянная❤ Локация: около Arzu Restoran
