My house is located in the Seabreeze complex, which is part of a larger development with access to the beach. The beach is about 2 kilometers away from my house. The complex offers various amenities, including a water park, a circus, several restaurants, recreational areas, and a club. It is a 30-minute drive from the city center, has 24/7 security, and provides a safe and comfortable environment. The apartment building has seven floors, and home is on the top floor, the seventh floor, with an elevator available.
