A nice Greek-style house with a remarkable view on the Caspian Sea, just 2 minutes drive from the famous Sea Breeze resort and 5 minutes from Amburan Beach Club as well as Amburan Shopping Center, nice dining facilities in close proximity and plenty of private and public beaches available (this Nardaran area is rated as the best & cleanest beaches in Absheron). Quiet location with 2 huge balconies - terraces, modern cozy environment. The ground parking area, and a big space for a barbecue party. 24/7 security & support service with a guard (a separate house on the same land). Assistance in fluent English and Russian.

The location of this Vacation Home is superior, with a breathtaking view on the Caspian Sea from a huge terrace. It is at the walking distance or short drive (2 minutes) from the famous beaches and resorts such as Sea Breeze Resort. It also has nice restaurants nearby with delicious local as well as international cuisine, not mentioning fishing restaurants with mouthwatering sturgeon. It is some 30 minutes drive from Baku and 15 minutes to airport. And the sea in this area (Nardaran) is considered to be the best in Absheron peninsula.
