First of, before describing the property, I would like to emphasize, if you are planning to rent only for a casual sex, please find a different place. We are offering 2 Bingo apartments for renting in our building. 1. One-bedroom apartment with a balcony: Large beautifully decorated 1 bedroom apartment in Banja Luka suitable for 4 people, equipped with an AC. It has 2 main compartments. A modern style kitchen, dining table, and living room are all combined in the first compartment. And the second one is the private bedroom that has a queen size bed, a nightstand, and a cabinet. 2. Studio with a balcony: Studio with a balcony in Banja Luka suitable for 2 people in a warm and cozy atmosphere. It has a queen size bed, two cabinets and a nightstand. It is also equipped with an AC. Both apartments also include a balcony, the access to the rooftop, as well as free parking. On the rooftop, during the summer months, we placed beach umbrella, and sofa, to further enjoy the commodity of this property. TV, WiFi, cable and other amenities are also included, as listed. Our goal is to try to make your stay in our apartment feel like home. We are renting out 2 apartments in this building, and in case you need anything, please do not hesitate to contact us.
The apartment is located in Banjaluka's neighbourhood Lazarevo or Budžak. It is very close to the river Vrbas, exit to Slatina, and the exit to the highway. Downtown is located 4.5km away. Trapisti (physical rehabilitation center) is 1.5km away. It is also 15mins away from the hospital.
