Apartman se nalazi na odličnom položaju između Bajine Bašte (jezera Perućać) i Bratunca. Smešten je na samoj plaži, sa pogledom na reku Drinu. Reka je udaljena 30 metara od smeštaja. U okviru kompleksa nalazi se caffe bar sa baštom, koji je na samoj plaži i koji pruža prelep pogled na reku. Reka je izuzetno čista! U njoj borave ribe kao što su: pastrmka, klen, lipljen, skobalj (divlji šaran) i druge vrste. Uz to kompletan drinski kraj je stanište orla beloglavog supa kog je moguće videti. Apartman je potpuno nov, tek opremljen novim namešajem, belom tehnikom i svim neophodnim sadržajima. Program “Dani drinske regate” je svakako najpoznatiji događaj i “pečat” Bratunca, koji se održava svake godine u Avgustu mesecu. Imate mogućnost splavanje rekom Drinom.
