First floor has a living room, bathroom and kitchen, equipped with stovetop, refrigerator, dinning table, cleaning products and all kitchenware needed. Stylish living room has a comfortable couch with a flat screen TV with cable channels including netflix, and a breathtaking view on a spacious garden with surrounding area of the house. The most modern part of the house is the bathroom, with a unique decoration and vessel sink, a shower and free toiletries. On the upper floor is the bedroom, with one double bed and direct view on garden and river. Patio in front of the house has comfortable seats with patio umbrella, and BBQ equipment to experience and enjoy outdoor activities The use of the jacuzzi must be requested at least 2 days before arrival to ensure everything is ready.

Provides complete privacy and picturesque unspoiled nature. Not far away from the lake house, there is a mountain called “Markovaca” , perfect for hiking and relaxation in nature. Many restaurants are serving local cuisine in just within 15 minutes drive, and for buying essential groceries, few local markets are within 5 minute drive.
