Exclusive Villa located close to Banja in Slatina. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a living room, a large 12m x 6m saltwater swimming pool, a hall that seats 30 people, spit for pig/lamb roasts, 30 lounge chairs around the pool, 16 chairs, and 4 tables for sitting outside, a pavilion with nets, large backyard, washing machine and dryer, 2 dishwashers, a balcony with a spectacular view of the backyard and a large yard. Renting the property is available to single and multi-families or for banquet events, birthdays, christenings, or any other celebration you might have. We rent out the property for celebrations, and third-party organizations provide the decorations and outside furniture. The banquet hall is rented separately. Additional costs will apply. Nearby is a beautiful walkway through the forest, lots of hiking opportunities, historical church from the Turkish empire, Banja with healing water, restaurants, pharmacy, a market, and much more.
