You can reach our house taking the local road from Buna to Blagaj. Situated in the beautiful nature, it is bordered by a hill on one side and the Buna river on the other. The back of the house offers an intimate atmosphere with a large swimming pool, roofed outside area with a large fireplace for the barbecue, a separate kitchen and toilet, ideal for vacation and relaxation. The inside of the house is spacious, and is fully equipped if you are planning to stay for a longer period. The house has a good thermal isolation, so there is no big need for using the air conditioners. During the winter days you can enjoy in the large fireplace.
This is our family house. My father was born in Buna and we also have other land properties where we grow domestic fruits and vegetables, which we can offer you depending on the season. We also have a vineyard and produce our own wine (both white and red), strong drink - brandy - traditionally called rakija, and different types of liqueur (cherry, walnut) which you can also try and buy from us.
The neighborhood is pretty quiet since not many people live here and use their houses mostly for vacation. The well of the Buna river, as well the famous dervihs house (Tekke) in Blagaj is 5 minutes away by car. Mostar and its famous Old Bridge with the old town are reached in just 15 minutes by car, Počitelj old town in 20 minutes. Herzegovinia is a relative small area with many historical as well as sights of nature. You definitely have to see the breathtaking Kravice waterfalls on the Trebižat river. During summer days canoeing on the Trebižat river is a must. If you are more into the mountains I can recommend different hiking tours depending on your experience, as well as the cave Vjetrenica which is open all year long.
