PLEASE NOTE, WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED THAT THE NEIGHBOURING PRIVATE VILLA WILL BE UNDERGOING SOME UPGRADE WORKS BEGINNING IN JANUARY 2025, AND WORKS WILL BE COMPLETED BY DECEMBER 2025. THEREFORE THE 2025 RATES HAVE BEEN DISCOUNTED BY 20%. At Merlin Bay all of your needs will be taken care of by the attentive, friendly staff who add to the ultimate Barbados experience. You will be looked after by a housekeeper daily and can opt for a chef for an extra fee. The pools are serviced daily. Nightly security is onsite and our Property Manager is available for all of your concierge requirements.

Property information

Merlin Bay is a unique and luxurious complex of eight private villas, each with their own plunge pools, on a beautiful stretch of beach in the elite St James neighbourhood known as “The Garden”. The Merlin Bay complex offers a peaceful haven complete with spacious communal area with large lagoon style swimming pool, tropical gardens and direct beach access. Enjoy island living with the ocean on your doorstep – snorkel with fish, turtles, explore the coral reefs, and relax on the white, sandy beach. The complex is set in a fabulous location just a short distance from all the main attractions and sights of the west coast, including restaurants, shops, clubs and more. There is also free parking for all villas via the secured gated main entrance. All of the Mediterranean style villas are self-contained and offer three bedrooms over two or three floors, accommodating a total of six guests. Each property features a fully equipped kitchen, large living area, dining room and balconies or terraces with plunge pools. Please note - Each property has its own individual interiors but offer the same standards throughout. Your unit will be allocated on booking. Locate in the heart of the west coast a few minutes drive north of Holetown and south of Speighstown. Enjoy all the attractions, restaurants and shopping of the west coast within a 10 minute drive away. Merlin Bay villas are on a lovely stretch of beach with the calm warm Caribbean sea at your doorstep.
