A stunning detached private Villa in beautiful manicured gardens with private swimming pool. The villa is on the prestigious Royal Westmoreland golf community and has 24/7 gated community.
The villa is under new ownership and has been restyled and modernised with tasteful stylish furnishings. Large open plan living with a large out door terrace.
All bathrooms are ensuite and there is house keeping three times a week.
Free Gym and communal tennis courts are included well as further communal swimming pools.
The Villa is situated on the Royal Westmoreland Golf Course.
There is a shuttle bus to take you to the nearest Mullins Beach which is less than 10 minutes away.
A Spa is also part of the Royal Westmoreland complex but treatments are extra.
Numerous Restaurants are only a short drive away.
Turtle trips can be organised as well as Rum tours!
