The White House Villa is a spacious set in a very desirable Westmoreland neighbourhood on the west coast of Barbabdos. A stroll to sandy blue sky beaches or 1 minute by car. There are views up the valleys which are the source of a cooling breeze that bathe the Villa It has 4 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are on suite. Every bedroom is fully airconditioned The Villa sits in good size well maintained and enclosed ardens and is accessed via via 2 large remote cntrolled electric gates. It is comprehensively and tasfully furnished and equiped. There is a large kitchen adjacent to the utility/washroom, 2 very large lounges ; one upstairs leading into a balcony and one downstairs leading onto the patio. There is cable TV in each lounge as well as a hi fi unit in each lounge. A large dining area completes the common space space. There is also Wi Fi Windows have intruder bars and each window has a retractable invisible mesh that keeps out any flies etc. This means that windows can be opened to allow the breeze to flow through the Villa Its a very comfortable and relaxing property. Near everything but not in the midst of it
My name is Winston. I am a Health Professional and have worked in a number of countries, including Barbados where I was CEO of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital for a number of years. I bought the Villa as my residence while working there. I now spend most of my time living in the UK. So I sometimes do selective holiday lettings and I have an excellent Villa Manager who supports me when I am not there. Sport, travel, theatre, music and art and culture have a big call on my leisure time.
The Westmoreland neighbourhood is one of the most desirable neighbourhoods in Barbados. The area is in a slightly elevated position and in some places is less than a mile from platinum west coast beaches It has a 18 hole Golf Course and a tennis community , restaurants and bars. Polo is nearby Holetown is about 3 KM (1.5 miles away). There can be found numerous bars and restaurants, night clubs, the fabulous Lime Grove Mall and Cinema, big mew supermarket, fast food outlets, post office, duty free shopping, beaches and much more Westmoreland is well located for getting around Barbados and sits between the 2 main highways. Highway 2 which runs inland from the Airport to the near North and Highway 1 which runs from the Airport along the south coast where it is called the South Coast road, through Bridgetown where it becomes the west coast rd, through Holetown and up north to Speightstown and beyond
