Welcome to Waterside 101, a stunning beachfront executive condo on the island's prestigious Platinum Coast. This luxurious ground-floor retreat features two elegantly appointed air-conditioned ensuite bedrooms, each with ceiling fans for added comfort. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for culinary adventures, while the living area, cooled by central air conditioning, flows seamlessly onto a charming, covered terrace. From here, you can easily access the communal pool and the inviting beach. The spacious Master Bedroom, located at the far end of the condo for added privacy, boasts a king-sized bed and a lavish ensuite bathroom complete with a tub and shower. Adjacent to the Master Bedroom is Guest Bedroom 1, which offers a king-sized bed that can be converted to twins upon request. This room also features its own ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and single vanity. Guests at Waterside 101 enjoy complimentary parking, access to the communal swimming pool, and direct access to the beach. Just a five-minute taxi ride from Holetown and about ten minutes from Bridgetown, you'll find duty-free shopping, banking, supermarkets, spas, golf, tennis, and renowned restaurants like The Cliff, QP Bistro, and Positano all within close reach. PLEASE NOTE: This apartment uses occupancy-based pricing. For bookings of single or double occupancy, guests will have access to one of the two bedrooms, while the other bedroom will remain locked. If you require access to both bedrooms kindly book full occupancy ie 3-4 people.
