The property is located at the center of the Gulshan, the most posh area in Bangladesh. All the Embassies are located in this area. The American Club, Gulshan Club and Golf Club are located are located within 0.5 to 3 miles. The Gulshan Youth Club is located about 100 meters from the apartment where people can play the tennis, football, cricket and badminton. It is also a good walking park which opens most of the time.
The apartment is located very close (about 400m) to the famous mall "Pink City" and Gulshan-2 market. The Japanese restaurant "Tokyo Express", and Indian & Arabian Restaurant "The Courtyard Bazar" are located just beside the apartment. Also there are several restaurants, coffee shop and first food restaurant including Kentucky chicken and Pizza Hut located within 100 to 1 km. The famous Hatir Zill lake park is located about 3 km from the apartment.
