Charming small house in the center of Tervuren. Fully renovated, equipped, and tastefully decorated in 2023. 3 bedrooms and 1 shower room. The location of the house combines the tranquility of Tervuren's charming green neighborhood with close proximity to Brussels and major roads. Everything is in place to make you feel right at home.
Aubry and I completely fell in love with this little house near our home. We are currently renting it out, but we will most likely live there ourselves later on. We have fully renovated it to make it welcoming and cozy, and equipped it with everything one could need. All that’s left to do is unpack your bags. Welcome to Tervuren.
The house is located a 10-minute walk from the center of Tervuren (shops and great restaurants) and the Sonian Forest (perfect for beautiful walks). It is 20 minutes by tram from the center of Brussels (tram stop 500 m away). The tram ride to central Brussels is very pleasant. Zaventem Airport (Brussels) is 15 minutes by car. The center of Tervuren is full of restaurants and shops. The large King Leopold II Park (600 m away) is wonderful for lovely walks.
