Property information

Mansion renovated in a contemporary and warm style. It is located a stone's throw from Avenue Louise and Place Flagey in a trendy and highly sought-after area. The European institutions, ULB and VUB are also very easily accessible. The establishment is located in the heart of the Art Nouveau route, between the Ixelles ponds and the Châtelain. The guest house has a very large garden open to guests on request in fine weather. There is a public underground car park under Place Flagey.

Neighbourhood information

Many restaurants, bars and shops are nearby as well as the Flagey cultural center and Place Fernand Cocq or Place de Londres. The Châtelain district is close by. The Abbey of La Cambre too. I can provide you with all the information you need to take an Art Deco tour to Villa Empain.
