This recently built luxury residence (2023), decorated by Simonetto Design, combines modern elegance with homely comfort - a unique place for families or groups looking for space, tranquillity and a central location. The house has five spacious bedrooms, three with a comfortable double bed and two with twin beds each - ideal for larger parties. An absolute asset is the south-facing city garden with a private jacuzzi, a rare luxury in the city centre. Located just 100 metres from the bustling city centre, the K shopping centre, the railway station and numerous museums and sights, this property offers the perfect starting point for a relaxing and cultural stay in Kortrijk. The house is within walking distance of Kortrijk station, making it easily accessible even without a car. In the immediate vicinity, there is plenty of parking space, both on the street (paying or not) and in public car parks.
