Deze woning hebben mijn man en ik enkele jaren geleden ingericht als starterswoning voor onze dochters. Ondertussen staan zij op eigen benen en bieden wij Coconne aan als kortverblijf voor een minimum van drie nachten. Het huis met stadstuin is uiterst geschikt voor bezoekers aan de regio of voor extern bedrijfspersoneel dat een periode in de streek komt werken. Wasmachine en droogkast zijn voorhanden voor de iets langere verblijvers. Coconne is een verborgen schat nabij het stadscentrum waar privacy gegarandeerd is.
Eenmaal aangekomen heeft u geen wagen nodig, alles ligt op wandelafstand : terrasjes, supermarkt, winkels, restaurants, zwembad, sporthal, looppiste, cultuurcentrum, deelfietsen, expo... Autostrade op 2km en station op 1,2km.
