My house is just few minutes from the city center of Turnhout and the train station, which makes you can be in Antwerp, Leuven, Ghent or Bruges sooner then you think! Internet Wifi is available, as is parking right in front of the door. It's a quiet street with a bakery and shops close! Also there is a park and canal nearby. There are a few good restaurants just minutes walking away. The house has 3 bedrooms and a nice cozy garden with terrace (pretty large for being within the city.
I'm Elfje, a positive Belgian who lived in Turnhout for 10 years and recently moved to Vorselaar.
The house is situated in a very nice area in Turnhout. It's a historical landmark and built in a typical cottage style in 1920. Which gives it a very nice & village feeling in the middle of the city! Train station is 0.5km away. Bus station with major bus lines is at the train station. Parking for 2 cars is available on private property. Highway is only 5min driving away. Within 1 hour you can be in Ghent or Brussels, Antwerp is only 30min driving! Bruges is about 1.5 hours away.
