This old holiday home in Rogery, at the heart of Belgian Ardennes and a few steps away from Grand-Duch� is perfect for those in search of a good dose of fresh air. With 8 bedrooms in it, it can host up to 15 guests with ease. A sauna and a private furnished garden are in place to give you peace and relaxation. Located 100 m from the forest, this home is a perfect spot for many nature lovers. Gouvy cross country is 5 km from the stay. For any of your basic needs, you may shop at the local grocer in 6 km. Le Cabas du Moulin restaurant is 8 km from the home if you fancy dining out sometime. The owners have combined expertise and taste in renovating and arranging the house. The interior is at the same time spacious and intimate. A closed space is available as bike storage. Enjoy a drink in the sunshine on the terrace or in the large garden while calmly waiting for the barbecue. A recreation room with a table tennis table, table football, air hockey, and billiards are offered in the home. A security deposit of EUR 130,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
