This property is not an hotel, this a fully furnished high standing private apartment in a residential building.

Your damage deposit need to be paid before you access the appartment and the damage deposit is mandatory before scheduling your check-in appointement with the hostess.

As this is a private apartment in a residential building, we do not have reception or a lobby kiosk, you cannot enter neither access our building or come unannounced without your check-in appointement confirmation. You can only come to our place when your damage deposit is paid and your appointement fixed with an hostess.

When your payment has been done and successfully arrived to our bank account. You will receive an access confirmation and the hostess will receive an access pass to the property for you and to collect the keys of your apartment. Your hostess will give you additional information for the key collection.

Also, we are specialised in night accommodation and we usually receive at night.

Our prices are fixed base on the hours and times frames written in the listing. If you need to check-in early and outside our policies, you need to pay a supplement of fifty euros. If you need a late check-out or a check-out outside our policies, you need to also pay a supplement of fifty euros.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of € 800 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
