The property is located in a residential area, one of the top in Belgium. Its is a past modern villa , renovated in 2017,almost neutral . The villa is decorated with art, antiques and retro decorations
The host welcome you what is called in Belgium - a pearl in the Kempen (region in Belgium ). The host was an expatriate during more than 20 years. I lived in several countries all over the world - you can see that in the decorations. He , his son and friends are passionate golfers-there are 5 golf-courses nearby. He is also a jogger and visit the gym 3 times a week. Hosting is giving back what I have enjoyed in other countries. You will feel your stay as a home.
In the residential area you can walk and there are several cycling and walking routes nearby. Restaurants , the center of the village with cafés ,supermarket, a park are in walking distance. Antwerp is 18 km, Brussels 45 km, Bruges 70km, Ghent 45 km.The frontier of the Netherlands is also nearby. There are also 5 golf courses in the neighborhood. Rinkven golf (BELGIAN BKO tournement ) is at 5 km the same as Ternesse golf.
