About this property
Hotel Le Fournil is located in Redu, the famous Village of Books, Art & Vines and one of the most beautiful Villages in Wallonia, in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes. Le Fournil offers 11 elegant rooms in two buildings in the center of the village, equipped with LCD TV, radio, desk, telephone, free WiFi, safe, bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin, free toiletries, hairdryer, as well as a free Nespresso coffee machine and free bottle of filtered water. Comfort rooms also have a free tea kettle, mini-fridge, air conditioning and bathrobes and slippers. You can park your car free of charge in our private car park, which has two charging points (free of charge), one of which is reserved for TESLA cars. Breakfast is prepared each morning using local produce and served in the Brasserie room in the main building. You'll find bread and pastries, cold meats, cheeses, eggs, cereals, yogurts and homemade jams, among other things.... During your stay, you can choose between two restaurants, ‘Le Fournil’, which serves bistronomic cuisine with classic brasserie dishes, seasonal dishes and grilled meats. As an Orval Ambassador since 2009 (and the ‘CUM LAUDE’ distinction), Le Fournil offers you a unique experience: taste the most famous Belgian Trappist beer (up to 5 years old, fresh or tempered) in the ‘Brasserie’ room decorated entirely in the Orval colors. ‘Il Forno’ serves Italian cuisine and wood-fired pizzas, and has a bioclimatic pergola for outdoor dining. Both restaurants feature local producers. In Redu you'll find bookshops, craftspeople, an art gallery (Space Art Gallery), an educational art museum (Mudia), a vineyard (La croix du bois des Pendus) and signposted walks (....). A little further afield, you can visit the Euro Space Center, the Han-sur-Lesse caves, Bouillon, Saint-Hubert, etc. Welcome !
