The old village school of Fays-Famenne has been remodelled into a stylish holiday home with wellness and all the necessary facilities. Inside you can enjoy the cosy atmosphere of yesteryear and outside you can spend the time in a beautiful large garden. You can cycle, walk and visit the surrounding villages. Having a holiday house in the Ardennes was always one of my dreams. Several times I have booked holiday homes in the Ardennes with friends to explore the region on foot. Fays-Famenne is a small village near Daverdisse, Han-sur-Lesse (wildlife park), Redu (a book village), Vresse-sur-Semois (kayak), Gedinne (forests) and many other beautiful places in the Ardennes. Turn off at 23 and you have 2 supermarkets. Drive 10 minutes and you are in Fays-Famenne. Turn off at 22a (Lavaux-Sainte-Anne) and you do a sightseeing route with beautiful landscapes Put on your hiking boots or your bike kit to explore the pleasant region. Or enjoy what the house offers: rest from nature, enjoy a sauna, read a book in the garden, chat at the campfire or cozy in the seat by the wood fire while one is cooking.
