Cosy recently built 2-bedroom flat suitable for 6p. Modernly furnished, with side sea view in the heart of De Panne. Comprising: - spacious entrance hall with wardrobe, - living room with lounge (flat screen TV - digital TV and wifi), - Sofa bed in living room for 2P, - open kitchen with all modern comfort. - 2 spacious bedrooms each with a shower room, 2x2p beds (1m40 - 1m60 - duvets 2p) - separate toilet. - storeroom with washing machine and tumble dryer. - Cosy terrace with lounge and beautiful sea view. Small dog allowed with the agency's permission. Smoking indoors is not allowed in our holiday homes. Gas heating. Lift. Inclusive: Consumption of cold water - final cleaning - cancellation insurance Exclusive: Tourist tax De Panne 1eur/p.pers/night - Energy consumption, will be calculated according to the meter reading. The meter readings taken can be obtained on simple request.
