Superb newly built villa with 3 bedrooms, located close to the dunes and the beach, between Middelkerke and Nieuwpoort. The house enjoys beautiful open spaces with large windows that create an abundance of light and overlook the sunny garden with terrace, which is fully fenced and equipped with terrace furniture. On the ground floor there is a cozy living room with open kitchen, an entrance hall with toilet and a storage room. Wheelchair users are also welcome here because 1 of the 3 bedrooms (with double bed), as well as the bathroom with walk-in shower, is located on the first floor. Upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms, 1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. Moreover, the house has a private parking space located near the house.
