We are three friends, Emilie, Jonathan and Victor, who have joined forces to create a rental management agency Ardn-bnb We take care of the concierge service of tourist accommodations for owners of houses and apartments in La Roche-en-Ardenne and surroundings.

Property information

Located in the heart of the town of Roches, this apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the residence "Les Bleuets". The 2nd floor is dedicated to bedrooms: one with bathroom/bath; the other with bunk beds, bathroom/shower. On the 3rd floor are the equipped kitchen and the living room that opens onto a beautiful terrace. The apartment is perfectly functional and can accommodate 4 people. Are at your disposal during your stay in the kitchen: a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer, a traditional oven, a microwave, a set of dishes; in the living room: a television with 70 channels; on the terrace: a table and 4 chairs; in the storeroom: a drying rack, a fan; in the rooms: bed linen, hairdryer. Bath linen is not provided. 150 meters from the residence there is a secure area where you can store bicycles, a bike rack, etc. The residence "Les Bleuets" does not have an elevator and does not have private parking, but there are free parking spaces in the adjacent streets.

Neighbourhood information

Located in the center of town, the "Les Bleuets" residence is at the heart of Rochois life: terraces, restaurants, shops, etc. are just a stone's throw away. During your stay, you'll be able to take advantage of the many remembrance sites (Battle of the Bulge), holiday resorts, tourism, nature sports, etc. that the city of Roches has to offer all year round.
