Ligging: Het natuurhuisje is gelegen langs de Schelde op een groot perceel van 15000 m² dat erkend is als natuurgebied, het is deels bebost en deels weiland en geheel toegankelijk voor onze gasten. Voor daguitstappen is het 10 minuten rijden naar het historisch centrum van Gent en 30 minuten naar de steden Brugge en Brussel en Antwerpen, toch ben je hier uit de drukte en kan je s’ avonds van rust en natuur genieten. Grenzend aan het jaagpad langs de Schelde, tussen de Gentbrugse en de Kalkense meersen, in het nationaal park Schedevallei is dit ook een ideale uitvalsbasis voor fiets- en wandeltoerisme met talrijke uitgestippelde routes in de omgeving. Bushalte op 50m afstand, treinstation op 1.3 km. Grote invalswegen E40 en R4 op 4km afstand. Kleine huurauto beschikbaar
