Spacious and bright 72m2 apartment located on the 1st floor of a secure residence. The apartment has its entrance, living room, kitchen, dining area, large bedroom with bathroom and private toilet. A grocery store is located below the apartment, bakery and other shops nearby. Parking (residents) is available nearby. ********NOTES******* We are in town, the noise level must be controlled to respect the neighbors. Parties prohibited. In case of non-respect of the neighborhood or excess I would evacuate the premises and your deposit will be cashed in full. The deposit must be paid by bank transfer only following your reservation otherwise your reservation will be considered null and void and you should then refer to the cancellation conditions of the accommodation.
