- The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a larger house where the owner lives (one floor higher). - You have exclusively and privately a bedroom with shower, a kitchen, and a salon/office space with bathroom. - You have your private and discreet entry door for the apartment at the right hand side of the house. - You share a hallway (with washing machine and dryer) with the owner. The hallway is also the owner's access to the garage. He may pass for 30 seconds 2 or 3 times a day. The hallway is also your access to your private kitchen. - You have your own outside parking space at the right hand side of the entry (please, leave the garage door free at all times) or on the street in front of the little chapel at the house (the neighbourhood is very quiet and safe). - The interior decoration has mostly nature, flowery and some childlike religious imagery.
Host: "I don't have the habit to talk much about myself, so I share with you a series of feedback that former visitors have left me:" 1) "Jan is extremely friendly and attentive, making the stay as convenient as possible. I have repeated my stay many times." 2) "Excellent place to relax. Close to the Sonian Forest. Jan was very easy to reach and friendly. We will definitely come back." 3) "Jan is a super friendly landlord and his house is perfect in every way: location, public transport connection, equipment and neighbourhood. Highly recommended!" 4) "We really enjoyed our stay at Jan's house. He was very warm and welcoming to us and we felt very relaxed and at home. The location was perfect for access to the centre and supermarket, parks etc. We can't wait to return someday and can't thank Jan enough for everything! :)" 5) "Beautiful and very quiet place, well located.
