Brand new studio Short stay, leisure, Professional. Countryside setting, near the center of Liege (15 min) from Spa Francorchamps (20 min) from Sart-Tilman (10 min) and to the Ardennes gate. The studio is perfect for couples, solo travelers and business travelers. You have a studio of 40 m2 on the ground floor, with an independent entrance and a private parking space. King size bed excellent bedding. Kitchen area with all equipment. Independent bathroom, wc and Italian shower. Paradise for cyclists and pedestrian hikers Restaurants, shops at 500 m There is a key box for late arrival if needed.
To travel is to grow. It's the big adventure. The one that leaves traces in the soul. I am from Liège, I really like our warm region and it is a pleasure to receive as I would like to be. Your host, Sarah.
Le Pré Vert" is located in Beaufays, in the Province of Liège, Belgium. The location is ideal as it is located in a quiet residential area while remaining in close proximity to restaurants and shops. In addition, in the nearby surroundings, you will also have the opportunity to visit the Baths of Chaudfontaine and Spa. The region is also very popular for its hiking and bicycle rides (Liège-Bastogne-Liège / La Roche-Aux-Faucons / La Côte des Forges / La Redoute). Beaufays is only 15 minutes by car from Liege centre, 30 minutes from Maastricht, 40 minutes from Aachen and 45 minutes from Luxembourg.
