The apartment is also located close to a supermarket and there is free private parking on the premises.

Its located in the suburbs of Ghent with easy access to every highway that lead you to Brussels (40 min), Antwerp (40 min), Bruges (30 min), Courtrai (30 min) and Ypres (40 min). The tram line that stops near the apartment brings you to the city centre in 20min or if you go by bike it takes you 15-20 min. Ghent EXPO is 5-10min drive and the technology park in Ghent is practically walking distance.
