This property is situated very close to the race circuit of ZOLDER and in a very nice neigbourhood. Our neigbours are f.e. Kevin De Bruyne and Luc Nilis, well-known football players. We are offering one single suite called SUITE HORATIO - with a separate entrance and completely apart from the rest of the house - for rent. You even have an own garden, as well as an own room, dressing, bathroom and storage room too with a refrigerator and a washing machine. Also available are a parking for 2 cars maximum and a closed wooden house for bycicles if needed. There are no other guests, this is the only appartement that is for rent. The owner lives in a complete separate part of the villa and has an own garden and garage too. So in Corona You are completely safe here as there is no contact with anyone else.
Hello, I am Annique and I am the owner of the property. I live here too but completely separated from the studio I offer for rent. You only meet me when showing You the front door of Your own studio but You can always sent me a message on my phone or mail to answer all Your questions or help You with finding things or services in this neighbourhood. I know where to rent a car or a bike, where You can find best shops and best restaurants and so on. Ask me and I will find it for You. Even if You want to buy an Elephant I will try to find it, but that I cannot promise I will succeed. Most other things yes !
This is a very nice, very green neighbourhood, also very safe. The most exceptional thing we have here very nearby is the Racing Circuit of Zolder. But we also have very much and nice woods and natural environment and at walking distance swimming pools, in open air in summer. In winter swimming is possible in a closed large pool in a hotel nearby. Cities of Hasselt and Genk are easy reachable and extremely close (Hasselt only 7 km) and also Maasmechelen Village and Maasmechelen Fashion point are very easy to reach by car as also Liege-Luik airport.
