Arode is founded in 2021 to provide for "Your Holiday Home". With a portfolio of villas, holiday homes, group houses and apartments, we have a property to suit your holiday needs, whether you're travelling alone or with all your family and friends. We provide the best accommodations for your holidays to make an everlasting impression and become great memories. Arode currently operates in Germany (Harz and Thuringer Wald) and Bulgaria (Black-Sea region and Ruse area).

Property information

Please note that in the high season Villa Ovidius is only rented out entirely as a big family holiday villa, intended for up to 15 persons. Only from the 15th September till the 31st of May is it also possible to partially rent the villa as we split it in 3 seperate private apartments, one apartment per floor. Each apartment has its own living room, kitchen and 1-3 bedrooms (all with en-suite bathroom). The garden, patio, swimming pool (September only), bbq and gym are shared with other guests (if any). (p.s. depending on the weather the pool might be longer in use (into October) or be filled prior to June, but we can't promise anything on forehand).
