We are in love with Bulgaria its climate, people, traditions and culture. We have been living and working in Bulgaria since 2004. We run the company in Bulgaria and Poland and our staff and associates are an international team. We are already renting about 300 flats.

Property information

Belle View is an intimate apartment complex in a quiet residential area of the town of Sveti Vlas. Situated only 250 metres from the sea, it provides comfort to beachgoers. There is a swimming pool on the premises, cafes and restaurants nearby. An ideal place for a family holiday with children.

Neighbourhood information

The property is located in a quiet part of the town of Sveti Vlas, next to which is one of the biggest resorts of the Bulgarian riviera - Sunny Beach. A little behind Sunny Beach is the historic town of Nessebar, which is worth visiting while on holiday here. Sunny Beach and Nessebar can be reached by bus. There are many attractions waiting for us in Sunny shore - there is something for everyone. The Aquapark in both Sunny Beach and nearby Nessebar is also worth a visit.
