Cascadas Family Resort comprises residences at a high level of comfort in the developed part of the Sunny Beach resort, spreadinng on an area of about 100000 m2 amid the verdure of the park, not far from the town of Nessebar, which is famous for its historical past, close to the airport and the second largest city on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast -Burgas.

We called it the Cascadas Family Resort because this fascinating place was particularly made for inspiring family vacations in all seasons. Here guests can choose to own some of the luxury homes in the complex; to rent an apartment for the whole summer or to enjoy a well-deserved holiday for a seaside vacation in a variety of combinations. Cascadas Family Resort is an apartment complex with a unique combination of strategic location, innovative exterior and interior solutions, excellent sports and entertainment conditions for each member of your family; it is open to its guests all year-round. Cascadas Family Resort has the status of a gated apartment complex with controlled access. It provides its guests with security, comfort and safety. All buildings in the Resort comply with the highest world quality standards in the process of building a high-class holiday complex. Comfortable and carefully designed, the rooms in the apartments are as close as possible to the requirements and needs of the users. Distributed in small and large studios, 2 room (one-bedroom) and 3 room (two-bedroom) apart.
