The house offers a fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker, washing machine, etc. There is a super fast and good internet connection and a large package of digital satellite channels (cable TV). The beds in the rooms have benign and comfortable mattresses, allowing for choice for single beds or bedding. Rooms are spacious, bright and air-conditioned. Guest house "Niko" is located 10 minutes walk from the central main street of Sliven, where you can visit many sights,
