The House was built in 1894 in traditional Rhodope style. Since then it has gone through lot of metamorphoses and modernizations to reach its present cozy appearance. Rhodopie mountains will offer you their magic and here in our house you're welcome!
Hi, I'm Ivan. I'm young soul in the middle aged body. I have many interests. I like photography, music, movies, art and mountains… I had lived in Sofia for the past 20 years but I own and rent a very beautiful house in Rodopa mountain. I like to make new friends. :)
GPS: N 41.46040, E 24.63485 Arda has a population of 314 people, all of them are nice, hospitable and guest friendly :) There is a public bus once a day from the town of Smolyan, however it is better to come by your own or rent car :)
