Jivko's Studio is spacious and sunny as it stearing south, with double bed, sofa, air conditioning, desk convenient for continuous operation of the laptop. Suitable for either a family with 2 children up to 10 years old(the sofa is only 110 cm whide), couple or a single person. It has privite enterence with antechamber with a clothes hanger and shoe cabinets. There is a metal front door. There is a sofa area with TV and small table, dining area and kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, laundry, free internet, toilet and bathroom. A great balkon with sea view. Smoking is allowed on the balcony.
Like our guests I love to travel. Usualy I prefere small family driven guest hauses.
200 m from the popular Cathedral Church. There is 1 min walk to the central pedestrian area of Varna, the bus stops of the major lines of the public transport and the park with cafes and fast food and other restaurants. You can park the car on the street with no charge. There is a 24/7 hospital 1 min away.
