- Check-in and key collection take place at: Office Menada Apartments, ground floor in Persani Complex, Main Street Sunny Beach 8240, Bulgaria, GPS coordinates of the office: 42°40'48.5"N 27°42'20.6"E, (42.680128, 27.705734)
- The final cleaning fee is included in the price. For stays longer than 10 days, free cleaning and changing of the towels is included in the price in the middle of the stay. There is a possibility to request additional cleaning and changing of the towels, at a surcharge.
- The check-out time is defined upon check-in and can be between 07:00 o'clock and 11:00 o'clock.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
