The villa is located in the New Quarter of the city, in a quiet and peaceful place, near the forest and a few minutes away from the Dospat Dam. We offer you a cozy and peaceful atmosphere for a break from the city's busyness and peaceful play and entertainment for your children. We offer four rooms with a total of 12 beds, a summer garden with a gazebo (equipped with dishes) and a barbecue, parking, internet, and there is a playground for children. Some of the rooms have a partial view of the dam, have terraces, TVs with cable TV. There is also a TV in the gazebo. The villa is suitable for families with children and pleasant evenings with pleasant company.
When booking for one night, the use of the summer garden, barbecue and children's playground is charged additionally.
