Къща Вивиан е разположена на първо Ниво, на комплекс Ресела и е най- голяма. Има 4 спални( 3 стандарт и 1 лукс). Изграден и навес от дялан камък и дърво, който е затворен към входа на първи етаж. Има маса за 12 души за сбирки и барбекю. Има и отворен навес, с ратанов кът за почивка, към втори етаж. Къща Вивиан разполага с отделна вътрешна кухня свързана с хол както и механа към първи етаж, която е свързана с втора външна кухня и барбекю на дърва. В хола на къщата, както и в две спални са налични един огромен разтегателен диван за двама души и още два единични за двама души, разположени в две от спалните на втори етаж. Разполага с две бани на втори етаж и една голяма на първи етаж до сауната. Всички стаи в Ресела имат връзка с ТВ и отличен интернет.
