About the property A modern, high-standard house in a gated community, spacious and airy, with 3 parking spaces, which can accommodate up to 10 people. The condominium has an adult and children's pool, a multi-sports court, a tennis court, a playground, a games room and beach service with 10 chairs and 2 umbrellas. A private deck with night lighting next to the Atlantic Forest, combining refinement, practicality, comfort and a fully equipped kitchen. The condominium is in a private location, just 400m from the beach. Enjoy the silence and tranquility of being between the sea and the Atlantic Forest. The house is fully equipped and we offer all the necessary household appliances. - 100 megabytes of Internet and a space for a home office, with a view of the Atlantic Forest. - Air conditioning in all suites, blackout curtains on all windows (sleep soundly) We provide basic cleaning and personal hygiene products, pillows and light blankets. Bring your personal hygiene items, such as shampoo, soap and toothpaste. We do not provide bed linen and towels. We offer the "GUEST AMENITIES" service, ideal for those arriving by plane or who want more comfort.
