The fine print
This property accepts pets exclusively in the Premium Suite, Family Suite and Privilege Suite categories.
The comfort and well-being of guests are always valued, which is why, to provide the best experience for everyone, the following rules must be observed:
A - Only one (01) small animal weighing up to 10 kg per apartment will be accepted and as long as it has a friendly behavior.
B - The owner must present the animal's updated vaccination card at check-in.
C - The owner must bring all the utensils and containers necessary for the animal's stay, such as food, guide, hygiene material and food containers.
D - Cleaning the animal's solid and liquid waste is the sole responsibility of the guest.
E - The owner of the animal is responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or common areas of the Hotel, including furniture or linen/clothes.
F - Cleaning will only be carried out if the animal's owner is present in the room, and the owner must remain until the maid leaves.
G - Under no circumstances may the Hotel's linen/clothes be used (such as towels, blankets, sheets, pillows, etc.) for the comfort or cleaning of the animal.
H - If any incident occurs with injuries to other people or animals, the owner of the animal will assume full and unrestricted responsibility for what happened, and must provide full assistance to the victim, exempting the Hotel from any responsibility.
I - Pets are only allowed to circulate through the hotel's common areas with the help of a leash or appropriate crates.
J - Pets are not allowed in the breakfast area or restaurant.
K - It is not allowed to leave the animal alone in the apartment.
L - We ask that dogs be prevented from barking persistently and continuously. We ask for collaboration, common sense and respect for other guests.
M - The owner of the animal must sign the liability waiver at check-in, as well as make payment for the animal's stay at the Hotel
Failure to comply with any of the rules set out above will result in the imposition of a fine, without prejudice to the possibility of canceling the reservation, in order to preserve the well-being of other guests.

- Fine: R$ 300.00 (for violating any of the pet hosting rules)
