Brand new condominium with swimming pool and garden, one of a kind, located in the center, close to the arrival bridge and the main restaurants. Finalized in June 2023, the unique design reconciles with nature and tranquility despite being in the heart of the city center.
Lover of travel, of feeling good, of experiencing the things of life to the full. My philosophy is live every day to the fullest, which is why my apartment has been taken care of down to the smallest detail, with great style and care. My passion for art and for Botero can be felt throughout the house, giving a personal and original style, trying to make everyone feel at home.
Near the condominium where the apartment is located you can take incredible trips with the advantage of being close to the arrival bridge, you can visit the Argila di Gamboa praia, the Fortaleza promenade with its private and wild beach. Always close to the condominium you can take advantage of the nature walk to the top of the mountain to visit the do and experience the thrill of the Tyrolean. La toca do Morsego to admire the sunset and many restaurants to taste the local specialities.
