New two-story house, wood and noble materials, filtered and ready-to-drink water from all taps in the house, refrigerator, stove, microwave, various utensils, porcelain flooring. FREE FROM MOLD OR MUST SMELL. Consul Split Air Conditioning with remote control. House decorated with works of art, general library and library specialized in specific themes of Paraty, with many books and magazines with photos of tourist attractions and also musical instruments from the Owner's personal collection, with unrestricted and conscious access/use by all guests . The Host also resides in the house in his own private space. There is a docile, neutered, vaccinated and dewormed cat owned by the Condominium, which does not represent any risk, and may possibly be in a common area of the house.
Owner/Host is a Natural Sciences Teacher at a Public School in the municipality of Paraty, Socio-Environmental Researcher - Culture and Biodiversity, focusing on the Intangible and Natural Cultural Heritage of the municipality of Paraty, with several works and presentations and Congresses in Brazil and abroad. Deeply knowledgeable and permanent student of the History of Paraty, he is the Permanent Representative of Cultural Heritage at the State Culture Conference of the State of Rio de Janeiro, in addition to being a cultural agent, working in Safeguarding actions for the original cultural manifestations that constitute Intangible Cultural Heritage in Paraty.
Modern urban neighborhood, paved streets, very tree-lined, very quiet, with shops (market, bakeries, pubs and bars) less than 200m from the accommodation and the Historic City of Paraty is about 15 minutes away via walk along a flat, illuminated and safe or 5 minutes by car.
