Since 2021, it has been welcoming guests in a homestay format, offering a cozy and welcoming approach to hosting. The host resides on the ground floor and is responsible for reception and management. The Solar has two floors, the first of which houses two bedrooms: the Library Room and the Master Bedroom. The second floor houses the Batman Room. The property has two parking spaces, which are reserved for guests with advance notice. The shared living/TV room with a super comfortable sofa is located on the first floor. This floor also houses the compact kitchen with all utensils, an induction cooktop, a minibar, a gallon of drinking water, and a table for small meals. Public transportation by water (Cooperbarco boats) and land (buses) is available for guests to get around the island. Once a small fishing village, the neighborhood doesn't have a nearby market; the nearest shops are 2 km from the property, a 20-minute walk, or 5 minutes by bus or boat.
