Perfeita para quem quer se aventurar nas trilhas e conhecer cachoeiras. Ideal para trazer o seu pet. Toda cercada com alambrado. Grupo de bicicleteiros tem espaço de sobra para guardarem as suas bicicletas aqui! Conforto e qualidade te esperam por aqui!
Sou Funcionário Público Estadual. A Chácara pertence a minha mãe e como ela é idosa e tem alguns problemas psicológicos eu ajudo ela nas reservas. A receita está sendo revertida para a reforma, pagamentos de contas da casa e parte para a minha mãe. Espero que aproveitem bem o ambiente sempre com Deus no coração. Um dos melhores bairros da Cidade. Contemplado com Museo, cachoeiras, mercadinho, quadra de futebol, campo de futebol, parquinho e muito mais. Dentre as cachoeiras temos as mais conhecidas: 7 quedas, Bugio e Coqueiro Torto. Cachoeira Cascatinha próxima também!
