It’s located in a prime spot — less than 50 meters from the main street (Broadway) and just 150 meters from the beach, with a direct access path right nearby. The house features modern architecture with rounded pillars and a spacious, well-ventilated layout. There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms: two with double beds and one with a bunk bed, including one suite and one shared bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, cookware, and utensils. The garage fits up to two large cars or three small ones.
