Stay with privacy and security while enjoying a central location at this newly opened accommodation, just 400 meters from Juanita Restaurant. Designed and built exclusively for vacation rentals, Casas Pantanal are fully furnished with brand-new, high-quality items. Each house offers Wi-Fi and comfortably accommodates up to 8 people: 1 suite with a queen-size bed, 1 bedroom with either a king-size bed or two single beds, and a living room with a double sofa bed and a Smart TV with Netflix and Spotify Premium. Extra-long bed (2.10m) available at no additional cost, subject to availability. Portable crib for babies up to 12 months available free of charge, subject to availability. Up to two extra mattresses (D33) available for an additional fee. In addition to the en-suite bathroom, there is a full social bathroom. The house features a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor barbecue area with a sink, a laundry tub, and a clothesline. Each house has a private entrance with a covered garage and a remote-controlled electronic gate, as well as security cameras in the outdoor area. Garage with an electric vehicle charging outlet, subject to availability. Bedrooms are equipped with premium bonnell spring mattresses, wardrobes, hangers, worktops, blackout curtains, and hotel-quality bedding and towels. Modern Samsung WindFree Hot and Cold air conditioners with Digital Inverter Fast Cooling technology quickly cool every corner of the house, including the living room and kitchen. Impeccable!
