Located inside a condo with few houses and surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, Casa Céu e Mar has a wonderful view that inspires its name. It is the perfect place to relax, work remotely or enjoy this incredible place called Itacaré. Newly built with eco concepts, it has one ensuite and two other cozy bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, dining room, full kitchen, laundry room, balconies upstairs and another downstairs that gets integrated with the garden with native plants and fruit trees of the region. The house has modern and rustic characteristics, which integrates comfort with the exuberant nature of Itacaré. The rooms are large and airy. The house has laundry room and full kitchen.
We are a couple who love Itacaré and travelling. We built this beautiful house to enjoy it and offer others the same experience.
Itacaré is still a roots place and therefore special. Access to the house includes 700 m on dirt road (within the condominium). It is 2 km to the centre of town and 3 km to the beaches of Resende and Tiririca. The house is recommended for guests who come by car (own or rented).
